![]() It was from this point 3 days ago that I started uninstalling and reinstalling over and over trying every possible thing suggested online only to see the roll back when it tries to install the AMDS. I then read to uninstall iTunes in separate components etc but when I went to do this I noticed that the AMDS (Apple Mobile Device Service) wasn't actually there to uninstall. ![]() I did this and the phone was still undetected. I googled it and the consensus online seemed to be that installing iTunes first was the way forward as you needed the drivers from them (even though the phone installed automatically on another laptop in the house without this being the case). I decided to use the PC to store the photos from my iPhone 6 and discovered that it wouldn't install the driver automatically and was therefore undetected. ![]() Its currently updated to the latest version. We have a brand new Lenovo Ideacentre at home. ![]()
